Sample GAPS Intro Menu

Every meal should be eaten with a cup of meat stock or bone broth and fermented vegetable juice/vegetables. These are only sample menus. Each person is different and may react differently to certain foods depending on their needs. Depending on what options you decide on after an initial consultation with Chef Rosie, certain items may not be available to be pre-cooked/made (ie fried eggs, guacamole, etc.) Thank you!
